The Dallemagne family has been producing some of the world's finest wines for generations, starting in the area near Liege, Belgium in the mid 1400's. At the conclusion of World War II the family's facilities were too badly damaged to continue production, and so were sold. Paul Dallemagne, the owner and winemaker, has resurrected the family tradition of fine wines and opened Mountain View Winery in July of 2005. The first year's total production was 95 cases, a small start. Second year production was be 185 cases. Plans are to continue to expand production as the Winery's customer base expands.
