2010 Diamond
Light, crisp and off-dry (slightly sweet), this is an excellent summer wine. Very grapey, but not over-powering. Hints of citrus and other tropical fruits. Should be served cold. Complements white meats, fish, and light cheeses. Especially tasty chilled while sitting on the porch on a warm summer evening!

2008 First Kiss Blush
Semi-sweet and very fruity, this wine will appeal to those who like White Zinfandel and prefer the sweeter wines. It is a blend of Diamond with just enough Concord to change the character of the wine and give it a nice rose color. Best served chilled with lighter foods and white meats. See if you can find the two faces in the cup on the label!!!

2008 Cerise (Cherry fruit wine)
Cerise is the French word for Cherry. Made from pie cherries, this wine has a nice tang. Light in body, it is just sweet enough to offset the sour cherries, it can best be described as a tart cherry pie in a glass!! Light red, Cerise has pleasantly surprised even the most stubborn and sophisticated palate! Goes very well as an aperitif with salty foods, such as prosciutto and melon.

2008 Myrtille (Blueberry fruit wine)
This wine is extremely popular with those willing to try something new. It is made exclusively from crushed blueberries (myrtille in French) and has a deep purple color. This is a surprisingly complex wine. As the glass is lifted to the face, there is a pronounced scent of blueberries. The taste and mouthfeel, however, is that of a light-bodied red wine, much like a Beaujolais. The finish again gives the flavor and scent of bluberries. This is best served chilled and will go with just about any food except heavily flavored sauces. A leading local chef has paired it with Thai food, complementing the exotic flavors of coconut and lime leaves. Expensive to produce, this wine will only be offered every other year.
